They enter job data—meter readings, parts used, crew time, work descriptions, and photos—directly into the mobile app. When closed, all information automatically updates NDS’ EDIFICE, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors.
Photos attached to work orders can verify meter numbers and readings, preventing costly return visits, while documenting mark outs for clear dispute records.
