Joel Silverstein, MD had been using MENDS for their practice management system (PMS) for years, which was most recently being supported by Greenway.
When Greenway announced that the X/RTS runtime and consequently MENDS had reached its end of life, Joel Silverstein, MD reached out to NDS, the original developer of MENDS (and acronym for Medical Northern Data Systems) for a solution.
With years of MENDS expertise, NDS was able to completely convert the MENDS database to the NDS INSight product – a graphical Windows based representation of MENDS. So with a behind the scenes conversion and a small amount of training, Joel Silverstein, MD was up and running in no time at all!
