ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & PAYROLL

EDIFICE Accounts Payable manages vendor invoices (vouchers), tracks open payables, prepares pre-check registers, automatically batch generates checks, and maintains vendor and expenditure history. Purchase order (optional module) information may be accessed from within the invoicing routine with detail receiving information. The system checks for duplicate invoice entries based upon several different criteria. Invoices may be scheduled for payment on a flexible date basis as well as split into a multiple payment date schedule.

The Accounts Payable system allows for multiple detail lines for General Ledger and Project distributions/allocations per invoice/voucher. It also features a customizable warrant setup to allow for flexible processing and authorization.   view brochure

EDIFICE Payroll is a highly functional and full-featured “exception” based payroll processing system designed to meet the rigorous demands of the utility company workplace. EDIFICE Payroll offers complete reporting including all state and federal required reports as well as retirement reporting.

With Payroll you can easily customize unlimited deductions and deduction schedules in addition to multi-department gross pay distribution. Using a highly flexible table driven architecture, Payroll handles all state and federal tax calculations along with state retirement, basic, supplemental and dependent insurances. Payroll also supports electronic direct deposit, check reconciliation, benefit accrual, fringe benefit tracking, and is integrated with Accounts Payable (link to Fund Acct page) for withholding check processing and much more. Payroll has a flexible wage reporting system that tracks calendar, fiscal, and contract wages.
