Program Record Maintenance
Use Program Record Maintenance to maintain security information for program functions including passwords (if applicable), security sets, security set functions and window or form-level restrictions. You can also use this routine to assign a password for an individual program.
Tips:
Generally, this maintenance is the third step in the security set up process. For more information about security set up, see Security Set Up Procedure.
The fields that you need to maintain for security purposes are marked with an asterisk *. You can leave the other fields blank.
If you only need to set up a simple security system, you can use this program to set specific passwords for individual programs.
