The Appointment Set ID is the key field that identifies a group containing Appointment Types and Appointment Categories. By assigning an Appointment Set to a time slot, you can easily allow multiple Appointment Types to be scheduled in the time slot, without triggering an override.
Tip: An Appointment Set can contain a mixture of Appointment Types and Categories. However, an Appointment Category can only contain Appointment Types.
