Field Description - Ret-ME MSR Expected Pay Pds per Year

The Ret-ME MSR Expected Pay Pds per Year are the number of pay periods in a year expected for a full-time employee in the job position.

Example:  If an employee is expected to be paid weekly, the value is 52.

Tips:

• All employees who share a Retirement Code should also share the same value for the MSR Expected Pay Periods per Year.  This ensures that the value for the Dependent Ins Amt Per Pd for Ded in the associated retirement table is applied properly to each employee.

• The MSRS retirement programs use this field instead of the Pay Periods Per Year maintained during Number of Pay Periods Table Maintenance (WKn).
