Field Description - FUTA Earnings Totals

The fields for FUTA Earnings Totals contain various totals accumulated during the current year for Federal Unemployment Tax Authority earnings.

Notes:

• The system updates these fields, so you do not normally need to edit them.

• The settings for Deduction Exemptions and Other Pay Exemptions control how the system updates these fields.

• You can view MTD totals and totals for each of the four quarters in the current year during Employee Quarterly Totals Maintenance in the Employee Quarterly2 Totals Area.
