Field Description - Employee Bank Account Number

If applicable, the Employee Bank Account Number is the account number for direct deposit of the employee's net pay or certain deductions.  You can assign the Employee Bank Account Number to an employee during Employee Master Maintenance in the Direct Deposit Information Area and in the Employee Master Scheduled Deductions Area.

Notes:  For Employee Master Maintenance...

• If you change the Bank Number, then the Employee Bank Account Number automatically clears so you can enter the new account number for the new bank.

• This field is disabled if the Bank Number is 00 - Not Direct Deposit.
