Employee Master Maintenance - User Defined Fields Area
Use the User Defined Fields Area in Employee Master Maintenance to enter data for the user-defined fields. The table following the window example describes the fields in this area.
Tips:
The fields in this window are user-defined, meaning you can assign any purpose to the fields that you want. Because you can globally change the displayed field names using PR User Defined Fields Table Maintenance (PR-USDEF), the field names in the software may not match the documentation.
Depending on your setup, the Alpha User Field 6 can be reserved for the expanded Appropriations Account Number.
Directions:
To display the User Defined Fields Area, which is located in the main Employee Master Maintenance window, open Employee Master Maintenance.
