Exam Template Maintenance
This topic is under construction.
Use Exam Template Maintenance to maintain the 50 most common Exam Items that a Provider uses as well as 10 desired measurements. Also included are the desired default setting for the findings. A Provider or practice may have as many as desired and could be used for condition specific situations such as diabetes or glaucoma.
Notes:
NDS recommends that your practice establish a standard list for the most common diagnoses and treatments maintained as the Standard Diagnosis and Treatment Template. You should assign STD as the Template ID and assign Standard as the template name.
