History Lists Maintenance

Use History Lists Maintenance to maintain value lists for each of the drop-down fields in the Patient Medical History Tab.  A value list is simply a list of choices that displays as a drop-down list for a field within a specific window, panel or tab.  Maintaining value lists allows you to quickly and easily enter the patient's medical history.
