Voter District Summary Report

Use the Voter District Summary report to print a summary showing the number of voters registered with each political party or that are unenrolled by House or Senate District.  This report does not show the voter detail, just the number of voters affiliated with a particular political party within a particular district.  This report is also called Voter District by House/Senate Report.

Directions

Note:  For more information about running reports, see Print View.

• Click Reports from the Menu Bar, and click Voter District Summary.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [7]

• At the prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the report prompt options, click More.

  Voter District Summary Report Options
  Print Voter District By	Click the district to be reported.  Choices are: - House - Senate
  Range of Dates Last Voted: From	To limit voters, enter the beginning voters' Date Last Voted field (MMDDYY). NOTE:  Leave From and To blank to report those voters who have no recorded Last Voted Date.
  To	Enter the ending Date Last Voted to include.
  Voter Status Selection List	Click the status box or boxes you wish to have included on this report.  Voter status codes are: A - Active, I - Inactive, and D - Deleted.
  	To begin printing this report to the Windows default printer click Print. [ALT + p]
  	To print to the Print View screen click here.
  	To escape from this routine without printing, click Cancel or click . [ALT + c]
  	After clicking the print button, the report begins and this window will close.

• To see descriptions of the report fields, click More.

  Voter District Summary Report Fields
  Line 1
  Political Party Abbreviation	Displays a column heading for each political party noted by their party abbreviation.  Political party abbreviations are maintained in Party Codes.
  House #	Displays the number of voters within each political party within each house voting district.
