Field Description - Vacation Time Accrued Amount

The Vacation Time Accrued Amount is the amount of vacation time (usually expressed in hours or days) accrued during the current year.

Notes:

• This field pertains to transactions for any Other Pay Code with an Other Pay Type of 3 - Vacation.

• You can view this field during Employee Totals Master Maintenance in the Vacation / Sick Detail Area.

• The system updates this field, so you do not normally have to edit it.

• The Period End Clear process clears this field when you specify a calendar clear for year-end.
