Employee Totals Master Maintenance - Vacation/Sick Detail Area

Use the Vacation/Sick Detail Area in Employee Totals Master Maintenance to view the accrual totals for vacation and sick time for the current year.  The table following the window example describes the fields in this area.

Vacation/Sick Detail Area Prompts

Accrual / Period - Sick

Displays the amount of sick time to accrue each period.  (2.6 numeric)

Accrual / Period - Vacation

Displays the amount of vacation time to accrue each period.  (2.6 numeric)

Maximum Accrual - Sick

Displays the maximum amount of sick time that can be accrued.  (4.6 numeric)

Note:  This field displays only if the Company Control Option for the Accrued/Available Sick/Vacation Maximum field in the Payroll II Tab is set to 1 - Accrued.

Maximum Accrual - Vacation

Displays the maximum amount of vacation time that can be accrued.  (4.6 numeric)

Note:  This field displays only if the Company Control Option for the Accrued/Available Sick/Vacation Maximum field in the Payroll II Tab is set to 1 - Accrued.

Maximum Available - Sick

Displays the maximum amount of sick time available.  (4.6 numeric)

Note:  This field displays only if the Company Control Option for the Accrued/Available Sick/Vacation Maximum field in the Payroll II Tab is set to 2 - Available.

Maximum Available- Vacation

Displays the maximum amount of vacation time available.  (4.6 numeric)

Note:  This field displays only if the Company Control Option for the Accrued/Available Sick/Vacation Maximum field in the Payroll II Tab is set to 2 - Available.

Hours / Days Accrued - Sick

Displays the accrued amount of sick time (usually expressed in hours or days).  (4.6 numeric)

Note:  This field pertains to transactions for any Other Pay Code with an Other Pay Type of 2 - Sick.

Hours / Days Accrued - Vacation

Displays the accrued amount of vacation time (usually expressed in hours or days).  (4.6 numeric)

Note:  This field pertains to transactions for any Other Pay Code with an Other Pay Type of 3 - Vacation.

Hours / Days Taken - Sick

Displays the amount of sick time taken (usually expressed in hours or days).  (4.3 numeric)

Note:  This field pertains to transactions for any Other Pay Code with an Other Pay Type of 2 - Sick.

Hours / Days Taken - Vacation

Displays the amount of vacation time taken (usually expressed in hours or days).  (4.3 numeric)

Note:  This field pertains to transactions for any Other Pay Code with an Other Pay Type of 3 - Vacation.

Hours / Days Avail - Sick

Displays the calculated amount of remaining sick time (usually expressed in hours or days).  (4.6 numeric)

Notes:

  • Sick Time Accrued - Sick Time Taken = Sick Time Available

  • You can not change the data in this field.

Hours / Days Avail - Vacation

Displays the calculated amount of remaining vacation time (usually expressed in hours or days).  (4.6 numeric)

Notes:

  • Vacation Time Accrued - Vacation Time Taken = Vacation Time Available.

  • You can not change the data in this field.
