Field Description - Sick Time Maximum Accrual Amount

The Sick Time Maximum Accrual Amount is the total amount of sick time that may be accrued (usually expressed in hours or days).

Notes:

• This field pertains to transactions for any Other Pay Code with an Other Pay Type of 2 - Sick.

• You can view this field during Employee Totals Master Maintenance in the Vacation / Sick Detail Area.

• The system updates this field, so you do not normally have to edit it.

• This field displays only if the Company Control Option for the Accrued/Available Sick/Vacation Maximum field in the Payroll II Tab is set to 1 - Accrued.

• The Period End Clear process clears this field when you specify a calendar clear for year-end.
