Field Description - Other Pay Time Totals

The fields for Other Pay Time Totals contain the total Other Pay Time amount worked (usually expressed in hours or days) for the current month (MTD), quarter (QTD), and year (YTD).

Notes:

• The Payroll Post process updates these fields, so you do not normally need to edit them.

• You can view the MTD, QTD, and YTD totals for an Other Pay Code for a specific employee during Employee Totals Master Maintenance in the Employee Other Pay Totals Area.

• You can view the MTD, QTD, and YTD  totals for an Other Pay Code for all employees during Other Pay Master Maintenance.

• You can view the YTD total during Employee Totals Master Maintenance in the YTD Totals Area.  You can not maintain this value because the system calculates its value directly from posted transactions.

• The Period End Clear process clears these fields when you specify a calendar clear.
