Employee Totals Master Maintenance - YTD Totals Area
Use the YTD Totals Area in Employee Totals Master Maintenance to view the totals for time worked, earnings, and withholding amounts for the current year. The table following the window example describes the fields in this area.
Tips:
The system updates these fields, so you do not normally need to edit them.
The Period End Clear process clears these fields when you specify a calendar clear for year-end.
Directions:
To display the YTD Totals Area, which is located in the main window, open Employee Totals Master Maintenance.
