Field Description - Other Pay Method Code

The Other Pay Method Code contains one of the following codes to identify how to calculate the Other Pay Amount Paid for an employee:

• 1 - Flat amount:  Other Pay Amount Paid = Other Pay Amount Factor.
  Note:  You can specify the Other Pay Amount Factor during Employee Master Maintenance in the Employee Other Pay Area.

• 2 - Rate x Time:  Other Pay Amount Paid = Other Pay Rate X Other Pay Time.

• 3 - Enter an amount:  Other Pay Amount Paid = Amount you enter for each check during Payroll Check Entry.

Format:  1.0 numeric (predefined)
