Field Description - Gross Pay Time Totals

The fields for Gross Pay Time Totals contain the total hours or total days accumulated for gross pay during a pay period, month (MTD), quarter (QTD), or year (YTD).  Gross Pay is the sum of Regular Earnings, Overtime Pay, and Other Pay.

Notes:

• Generally, the field values are updated by the system and under normal situations, you do not need to edit them.

• You can see the MTD, QTD, and YTD totals for a department during Department Master Maintenance.

• In addition to MTD, QTD, and YTD totals, you can view pay period totals for a department during Labor Distribution Maintenance.
