Field Description - Gross Pay Earnings Totals

The fields for Gross Pay Earnings Totals contain various totals accumulated during the current year for gross pay.  Gross Pay is the sum of Regular Earnings, Overtime Pay, and Other Pay.

Notes:

• The system updates these fields, so you do not normally need to edit them.

• You can view the MTD, QTD, and YTD totals for a department during Department Master Maintenance.

• You can view MTD totals and totals for each of the four quarters in the current year during Employee Quarterly Totals Maintenance in the Employee Quarterly Totals Area.

• In addition to MTD, QTD, and YTD totals, you can view pay period totals for a department during Labor Distribution Maintenance, if applicable.

• You can view MTD totals for any month within the current year during Employee Monthly Totals Maintenance in the Earnings Totals Area.
