Field Description - Employee HR Field Format
The Employee HR Field Format determines the type of data that can be stored in the HR user-defined field.
Formats:
Text: The field can only contain text.
Image: The field can hold an image, such as the employee's photo.
File: The field can hold a file, such as the employee's resume.
