Field Description - Employee Alpha User-Defined Field 2

The Employee Alpha User-Defined Field 2 is one of seven alphanumeric fields that you can use for your specific purposes.  You can enter data into the field during Employee Master Maintenance in the User Defined Fields Area.

Notes:

• Because the fields are user-defined, the field names in the software may not match the documentation.  You can globally change the field names by using PR User Defined Fields Table Maintenance (PR-USDEF).

• There are also four Employee User-Defined Numeric fields.

Format:  up to 2 characters
