Field Description - Deduction Standard Amount

The Deduction Standard Amount contains the Deduction Amount that is common to most employees.  For your convenience, the Standard Amount appears in the Employee Master Scheduled Deductions Area when you add deductions to an employee during Employee Master Maintenance.  You can then override the amount if necessary.  You can maintain the Standard Amount during Deduction Master Maintenance.  If there is no amount common to many employees, leave the value blank.
