Employee Master Maintenance - Employee Rate History Area

Use the Employee Rate History Area in Employee Master Maintenance to maintain the employee's review date and a history of pay rate changes.  The table following the window example describes the fields in this area.

To display the Employee Rate History Area:

  1. Open Employee Master Maintenance.

  2. Click Rate History in the Menu Tree.

Employee Rate History Area Prompts

Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.

Scheduled Review Date

Enter the scheduled date for the employee's next performance review.  (MM/DD/CCYY)

Date Last Changed

Enter the date of the last change to the employee's pay rate.  (MM/DD/CCYY)

Last Rate

Enter the employee's pay rate as of the Date Last Changed.  (4.4 numeric)

Date Prior Change

Enter the date prior to the last change date of the employee's pay rate.  (MM/DD/CCYY)

Prior Rate

Enter the employee's pay rate as of the Date Prior Change.  (4.4 numeric)

To update the new or changed information, click Save, or press [ENTER].

CAUTION

To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed Rate History information.

To return to the main Employee Master Maintenance window, click Done.
