Field Description - Vehicle Title Application Number

The Vehicle Title Application Number identifies the control number of the Application For Certificate of Title for the vehicle being registered (form MVT-2).  

Notes:  

• The Title Application Number is mandatory as part of the new registration process.

• Do not confuse the Vehicle Title Application Number with the Title Application Number II and the Previous Title Number.  They are three separate fields and contain different information.
