Field Description - Transfer VIN

The Transfer VIN is the Vehicle Identification Number of the vehicle, if you are transferring the license plate from this vehicle to a new vehicle being registered.  

Note:  If you are not transferring the license plate from an older vehicle to the new vehicle being registered you can leave this field blank.
