Field Description - Registration Base Price

Note:  For commercial vehicles the original MSRP may only have the value relating to the chassis and cab.  However, the registrant may plan to mount special equipment or bodies (cement mixers, crane, etc.) on the vehicle.  In levying the tax, include the value of the body and all extra equipment mounted on the vehicle as the Sales Price.
