Remove Operator Security Settings

Use the Remove Operator Security Settings routine to remove all security settings for a specified operator.  You can use this routine to change security settings for an employee who has changed responsibilities or who is no longer employed at your facility.

• Opening the Remove Operator Security Settings Routine, click More.

   

  1.  Press [ALT + s] from the module main window to launch the Application Supervisor Menu.

  2.  Click Security.

  3.  Click Remove Operator Security Settings.
  
  Tip: Or, use the keyboard shortcut [ALT + s] [ALT] [s] [o].

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Remove Operator Security Settings Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Operator ID	Enter the ID of the operator who should have all security sets authorizations removed. (3.0 numeric) Tip:  The Operator Name displays for your reference.
  	To run the routine, click Proceed, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine: Click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + c] Or, click Close .
  	To close the Remove Operator Security Settings routine when the routine is complete, click Done or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + d]
  	Important: The following message alerts you when the routine is finished: ** DONE **
  	To close the routine, click Close.
