Operator Security Set Report Instructions

Use the Operator Security Set Report Instructions to list the security sets built for the module for all or a group of operators.  You can compare this report with the Operator Work Sheets you made to verify that you have set up security correctly for each operator.

• Opening the Operator Security Set Report, click More.

   

  1.  Press [ALT + s] from the module main window to launch the Application Supervisor Menu.

  2.  Click Security.

  3.  Click Operator Security Set Report.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Operator Security Set Report Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Operator From	To limit the report to a range of operators, enter the appropriate beginning operator number in the range. (3.0 numeric) Tip: To include all operators, leave blank.
  Operator To	To limit the report to a range of operators, enter the appropriate ending operator number in the range. (3.0 numeric) Tip: To include all operators, leave blank.
  	To begin printing to the Windows® default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + p]
  	To run the routine and print to the Print View window, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + c]
