Cue Cards

The Cue Card  button, located on the Toolbar, lets you display help for specific fields in a window.  You can toggle the Cue Cards off and on by clicking the button.

With Cue Cards, you can see specific field-level instructions right next to the field.

Tips:

• You can see Help information that is even more detailed than the Cue Cards by displaying Field-Level Help and Form-Level Help.

• To program a function key for Cue Cards, see the Programmable Function Key instructions.

• Cue Cards are not available in all modules.

• For information about other types of online Help, see Levels of Help.

To use Cue Cards:

1.  Click Cue Card  so the button appears depressed.
Or, press the assigned Programmable Function Key.

2.  Click inside a field box to see directions for entering the data.

To turn off Cue Cards:

• To turn off all Cue Cards, click the Cue Card  so the button appears raised.
  Or, press the assigned Programmable Function Key.

• To temporarily turn off a single Cue Card, position the pointer inside the Cue Card and double-click.
  Note:  The Cue Card will reappear if you point to another field, and then point back to the field containing the Cue Card that you turned off.
