Field Description - Scheduling Cancel Code ID

The Scheduling Cancel Code ID is the key field that uniquely identifies the cancellation information.  You can use cancel codes during Scheduling.

Cancel Code Examples:

• DC - Doctor cancelled (the doctor cancelled the appointment)

• PC - Patient cancelled (the patient cancelled the appointment)

Note:  You can view and maintain Scheduling Cancel Code IDs during Scheduling Cancel Code Maintenance.

Format:  8 characters.  Required.
