The Patient Allowed Insurance Forms is a flag that determines if an insurance claim form can be printed for this patient.
Notes:
When you create a patient, this field defaults to Yes. You only need to change the value if you must set it to No.
You can set this field to No to prevent claims from being billed electronically if the patient has an incorrect address or missing information. If the patient's Allowed Insurance Forms is set to No a message prints on the Billing Workfile Prelist.
You can view and maintain the Patient Allowed Insurance Forms during Patient Entry at the Allowed Window.
