The Address ID is a unique code that identifies the address records for a patient. You can create multiple address records for a patient. The address records can be for the patient, guarantor, policy holder, or some other person, depending on the Address Type.
Tips:
Although the system can automatically assign the next numeric ID, you can also create alphanumeric IDs.
You can use the same ID for different patients. For example, Bob Smith and Sally Walton can both have patient addresses for IDs 00001, 00002, and 00003.
