The Group State is the US Postal Service State abbreviation associated with the address for the Group. If you enter a City Code as the Group City Name, the state displays but you can edit it if necessary.

How your practice bills is controlled by an INSight System Parameter.
If your practice bills with paper claims, depending on how the Form Type Parameters are set, the Group's Professional Name and Address can print in box 33 on the claim forms.
If your practice bills with electronic claims and your INSight parameters are set to allow billing by Group, the Group Professional Name and Address information display in box 33 on the electronic claims.
