Patient Account Master - Patient PQRI Panel

Use the Patient PQRI Panel to PQRI (physician quality reporting initiative) It is a CMS legislative initiative designed to bonus doctors who track and report this information.  Doctors do interact with PQRI in the Assessment/Plan tab when recording an encounter.  The PQRI form they fill out on this screen is then saved under the PQRI tab, which is located on the right side of the patient chart.  The table following the window example describes the Patient PQRI Panel for Patient Account Master.

From processing PQRI eligible encounters, the PQRI History is developed.

Directions:

1.  Click to select the patient name listed on the EPM Desktop.

2.  Or, to search for the appropriate patient, click Search Accounts from the Desktop.

3.  Click PQRI Tab.
