Patient Account Master - PFSH Panel

Use the PFSH Panel to maintain Medical History (PFSH).  From entering the Patient Survey data at Intake, the Patient, Family and Social History is available at the click of the “Medical History” menu item.  You can also dictate and store audio notes for playback at a future date.

Based on the Survey Templates, a Patient Survey can be taken at intake that will turn to a text format.  You can also dictate and store audio notes for playback at a future date.  The table following the window example describes the YourSectionName Area for YourTopicName(AddLinktoOverview).

Directions:

1.  Click to select the patient name listed on the EPM Desktop.

2.  Or, to search for the appropriate patient, click Search Accounts from the Desktop.

3.  Click PFSH Tab.

To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records.

To view all of the existing YourRecordNames, click Search.  From the Search list you can select the record to change or delete.

To display an existing YourRecordName, enter the KeyFieldCodeID and click Retrieve, or press [ENTER].
