Patient Account Master - Activity History Panel

Use the Activity Event History Tab to track all follow-up activities and events that are associated with an encounter.  The Activity panel displays the patient's activities and events.  To view additional detail of a particular item you can click the appropriate green date.  In addition, you can quickly see if an activity is open or closed.  The table following the window example describes the Activity History Panel for Patient Account Master.

Directions:

1.  Click to select the patient name listed on the EPM Desktop.

2.  Or, to search for the appropriate patient, click Search Accounts from the Desktop.

3.  Click Activity Tab.

Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.

 

The Activity window displays the patient activity items.  For each activity item, the following fields display:

Date of Request

To view additional detail for the activity item, click Date of Request.

Notes:  

  • The Date of Request is highlighted in green to indicate it has drill-down information.

  • The Follow Up/To Do Record window displays with the activity item detail information.  For more information, see Follow Up/To Do Record Window.

  • Or, to view the additional information, click another Patient Account Master tab.

To select an action click the appropriate choice on the Toolbar.

Or, click an appropriate choice from the Patient Account Master Tabs.

To search for another patient, click Patient Search.  From the Search list you can select the record to change or delete.
