Patient Encounter - Patient Intake Tests Panel

Use the Intake Test Area to input the intake test information for the patient. The Intake tests provide significant information to the provider pertaining to the patient. These are important tests for the patient. The table following the window example describes the Intake Test Area for Patient Encounter.
