Rebuild Alternate Search Field

Use Rebuild Alternate Search Field to reformat each voter's Search Code based on the format established by the Search Code Key.  This routine is also known as Rebuild Voter Alternate Search.  Use this routine to quickly reformat all voters Search Code if you change the Search Code Key.  For more information about Search Code click here.

Directions

• To open From the menu bar click Utilities, and next click Rebuild Alternate Search Field.
  Keyboard Shortcut:  [ALT] [u] [a]

• For directions to rebuild Alternate Search Field window click more.

  Rebuild Alternate Search Field Entries
  	To begin the rebuild, click Proceed.
  	To escape without rebuilding, click Cancel. [ALT + c]
  After clicking the Proceed button, the process begins and the processing status window opens.
  	When the rebuild is complete, ** DONE ** displays.  Click Done to close out of this routine. [ALT + d]
