Rebuild Alternate Search Cross Reference

Use Rebuild Alternate Search Cross Reference if the Voter Master search file becomes corrupted and needs to be rebuilt.  This program is also called Voter Search Reference Rebuild.

NOTE:  This program is ordinarily used only at installation time or after a data conversion.

Directions

• From the menu bar click Utilities, click Rebuild Cross Reference Files and next click Rebuild Alternate Search Cross Reference.
  Keyboard Shortcut:  [ALT] [u] [b] [a]

• For directions to Rebuild Alternate Search Cross Reference window click more.

  Rebuild Alternate Search Cross Reference Entries
  	To begin the rebuild, click Proceed.
  	To escape without beginning, click Cancel. [ALT + c]
  After clicking the Proceed button, the process begins and the processing status window opens.
  	When the rebuild is complete, ** DONE ** displays.  Click Done to close out of this routine. [ALT + d]
