Voter Mailing Labels
This selection is used to print mailing labels for voters. You may choose to print labels by voting, house or senate districts.
Note: For more information about running reports, see Print View.
Click Reports
from the Menu Bar,
and next click Voter Mailing Labels.
Keyboard shortcut: [ALT]

At the prompt window, choose the selections. To see the report prompt options, click More.

Range of Voting Districts: |
To limit voting districts, click a district from the drop-down list
as the beginning voting district. |

Click a district from the drop-down list to be the ending range. |
Range of House Districts: |
To limit house districts, click a district from the drop-down list as
the beginning house district. |

Range of Senate Districts: |
To limit districts, click a district from the drop-down list as the
beginning senate district to report on. |

Range of Dates Last Voted: |
To limit voters, enter the beginning voters' Date
Last Voted (MMDDYY). |

Click the status boxes you wish to have included on this report. Voter

To set the sort sequence, click: |
Party |
To print labels for a specified political party click a Party
from the drop-down list. |
If restart, enter last good Voter ID # |
If this is a restart, enter the Voter ID of the last voter with a mailing label printed correctly. |

To begin printing this report to the Windows default printer click Print. |

To escape from this routine without printing, click Cancel

Alignment CheckAfter you select print, the labels Alignment window opens. | |

To print a test pattern on the first label in the printer click Yes. The test pattern consists of one row of Xs representing the first, MI and last name, a second row of Xs representing the address line, and a third row containing your default town name and zip code. This test pattern should align at the left edge of the label. Check the alignment. If the label is not aligned correctly, make adjustments and click YES again. When you are satisfied that labels are aligned correctly proceed by clicking NO. |

If the labels are aligned and you wish to continue click No. After clicking No, the labels begin processing and this window closes. |
