Voter By Street Report

Use the Voter By Street Report to print a detailed list of voters within a street or within a range of streets.  Street Numbers and Street Codes used to generate this report are user-defined fields that are maintained on the Voter Masters.  This report is also known as the Street List Report.

Note:  For more information about running reports, see Print View.

• Click Reports from the Menu Bar, and next click Voter By Street.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [4]

• At the report prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the report prompt options, click More.

  Voter By Street Report Options:
  Sort By	To set the sort sequence, click a choice: - in Street sequence order (house #) within street number order - in street sequence order (house #) within street code order.
  From	To limit streets, enter the beginning street number or street code to include in this report. NOTE: Leave From and To blank to include all streets.
  To	Enter the ending street number or street code to include.
  Range of Dates Last Voted: From	To limit the dates, enter the range of dates to include using the voters' Date Last Voted field (MMDDYY). NOTE: Leave From and To blank to report those voters who have no recorded Date Last Voted.
  To	Enter the ending Date Last Voted to include on this report.
  Voter Status Selection List	Click the status box or boxes you wish to have included on this report.  Voter status codes are: A - Active, I - Inactive, and D - Deleted.
  Totaled By	Click each box that you want to have the report print totals by.  Choices are Voting District, Senate District, and or House District.
  Grand Totals	Click to print the grand total number of voters.
  	To begin printing to the Windows default printer click Print. [ALT + p]
  	To print to the Print View screen click here.
  	To escape from this routine without printing, click Cancel or click . [ALT + c]
  	After clicking the print button, the report begins and this window will close.

  VOTER ID	The voters' ID
  LAST NAME	The voters' last name
  FIRST NAME	The voters' first name
  MI	The voters' middle initial
  HOME ADDRESS	The voters' home address
  MAILING ADDRESS	The voters' mailing address
  DT	The voters' Voting District number
  SEN	The voters' State Senate District number
  HOUSE	The voters' State House District number
  P	The voters' political party abbreviation
  LAST DATE	The voters' date of the last time their electronic voter information was updated
  LINE 2
  SEARCH CODE	The voters' search code
  STREET NUM	The voters' street number, if applicable
  Seq	The voters' street sequence number, if applicable
  Code	The voters' street code, if applicable
  CITY	The voters' city
  STATE	The voters' state
  ZIP	The voters' zip code
  SP CD	The voters' special code
  ENROLLED	The voters' enrollment date

  DOB	The voters' date of birth
  VOTED	The date the voter last voted
  STATUS	The voters' voting status and the date the voter's status was last changed
  MISC	The voters' miscellaneous entry
