Voter By Election Day List

Use the Voter By Election Day List to print voter lists which are used at the polls on election day.  This report is also known as the Voter Election Day List.  You can tailor the report by selecting the districts, voters to include and voter status dates.  Formatting options are available.

Note:  For more information about running reports, see Print View.

• Click Reports from the Menu Bar, and next click Voter by Election Day.
  Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [3]

• At the prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the report prompt options, click More.

  Voter By Election Day List Options
  Break 1st character of Voter Last Name?	Click here to advance to a new page as the first character of the Voter's last name changes.  Or, leave this box blank to have the report continue printing without paginating when the first character changes.
  Range 1st character Voter Last Name: From	To limit voters, enter the first letter of the voter's last name as the starting range of voters to include. NOTE:  Leave From and To blank to include all voters.
  To	Enter the letter of the ending last name to include.
  Range of Dates Last Voted: From	To limit voters, enter the range of dates to include using the Date Last Voted field (MMDDYY). NOTE: Leave From and To blank to report those voters who have no recorded Last Voted Date.
  To	Enter the ending Date Last Voted to include.
  Sort Option	To set the sort sequence, click a sort option.  Options are: By Name only By Voting District and name By Senate District and name By House District and name
  District Ranges NOTE:  There is a range selection for each type of district.  The range selection for each type of district will be activated when you select the sort option for that district.
  From	To limit districts, click a choice from the drop-down list to be the starting district in the range.   NOTE:  Leave From and To blank to include all districts.
  To	Click a choice from the drop-down list to be the ending district.
  Voters per page	To select the print format, click one: Nine voters per page, which means the report will print centered with 1 1/2" top and bottom margins. Eleven voters per page, which is a full page report.
  Voter Status Selection List	Click the status box or boxes you wish to have included on this report.  Voter status codes are: A - Active, I - Inactive, and D - Deleted.
  Totaled By	Click each box that you want to have the report print totals by.  Choices are Voting District, Senate District, and or House District.
  Grand Totals	Click to print the grand total number of voters.
  	To begin printing this report to the Windows default printer click Print. [ALT + p]
  	To print to the Print View screen click here.
  	To escape from this routine without printing, click [Cancel] or click . [ALT + c]
  	After clicking the print button, the report begins and this window will close.

  LAST NAME	The voters' last name
  FIRST NAME	The voters' first name
  MI	The voters' middle initial
  HOME ADDRESS	The voters' home address
  MAILING ADDRESS	The voters' mailing address
  DT	The voters' Voting District number
  SEN	The voters' State Senate District number
  HOUSE	The voters' State House District number
  P	The voters' political party abbreviation
  LAST DATE	The voters' date of the last time their electronic voter information was updated

  SEARCH CODE	The voters' search code
  STREET NUM	The voters' street number, if applicable
  Seq	The voters' street sequence number, if applicable
  Code	The voters' street code, if applicable
  CITY	The voters' city
  STATE	The voters' state
  ZIP	The voters' zip code
  SP CD	The voters' special code
  ENROLLED	The voters' enrollment date

  VOTED	The date the voter last voted
  STATUS	The voters' voting status and the date the voter's status was last changed
