Purge Voter Records

Use Purge Voter Records to delete or purge those voter masters have a voter Status of D for Deleted.  A voter's status can be changed manually or by performing Update Voter Status.  Print a Voter Status Report prior to purging voters to give you a record of voters being deleted.

NOTE:  Voters having no Date Last Voted will not be purged.

Directions

• From the menu bar click Other Work, and next click Purge Voter Records.
  Keyboard Shortcut:  [ALT] [k] [r]

• For directions to purge Voter Records, click more.

  Purge Voter Records Entries
  	To begin the purge, click Proceed. [ALT + p]
  	To escape from this routine without beginning, click Cancel or click . [ALT + c]
  After clicking the Proceed button, the process begins and the processing status window opens.
  	When the change is complete, ** DONE ** displays in the processing window.  Click Done to close out of this routine. [ALT + d]
