Change Voter Parties

Use Change Voter Parties to change all voters enrolled in a particular political party to another.  A list of the voters involved in the party change can be printed.  Use this routine to easily change enrollments if a political party goes out of existence.  Through this process you can change voters to unenrolled and the voter can change to their desired party the next time they vote.

Directions

• From the menu bar click Other Work, and next click Change Voter Parties.
  Keyboard Shortcut:  [ALT] [k] [p]

• For directions to change Voter Parties, click more.

  Change Voter Parties Entries
  Move Voters From Party	Click the political party to be changed from the drop-down list.
  Move Voters To Party	Click a party from the drop-down list. TIP: Change voters to unenrolled to allow them individual choice when they next vote.
  	To begin, click Proceed. [ALT + p]
  	To escape from this routine without changing voters, click Cancel or click . [ALT + c]
  After clicking the Proceed button, the process begins and the processing status window opens.
  	When the change is complete, ** DONE ** displays in the processing window.  Click Done to close out of this routine. [ALT + d]
