Enter the town or city name, a comma, and a space and the US postal service state abbreviation i.e. ME for Maine (1-25 characters).
Zip Code
Enter the town's US postal service zip code (14.0).
Town of Name
Enter the town or city name as you would like it to print on reports (1-25 characters).
