Senate District Codes

Use Senate District Codes file maintenance to maintain the state senate district numbers within your voting area.  Up to 49 senate districts can be entered.

Directions

• From the Menu Bar click File Maintenance, and next click Senate District Codes.
  Keyboard Shortcut:  [ALT] [m] [s]

• For directions to create the Senate District Codes, click more.

  Note:   After making file maintenance changes, please close out of Voter Registration and re-enter for the changes to take effect.

  Senate District Codes Entries
  Title	Enter Senate Distr.
  Description	Enter Senate District Numbers.
  Senate Districts	Enter the number of your first senate district.   Press [Tab] to move to the next box and enter the next senate district number.   Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all districts are entered.  Up to 49 district numbers may be entered (5.0).
  	Click this button to save the changes made.   Caution: If you forget to click Save, you may lose your changes.
  	To close out of this routine when maintenance is complete, click this button.
