House District Codes

Use House District Codes maintenance to maintain the State House of Representative Districts that exist within your town.  Up to 39 districts may be created and maintained.

Directions

• From the Menu Bar click File Maintenance, and next click House District Codes.
  Keyboard Shortcut:  [ALT] [m] [h]

• For directions to create House District Codes, click more.

  Note:   After making file maintenance changes, please close out of Voter Registration and re-enter for the changes to take effect.

  House District Codes Entries
  Title	Enter House District.
  Description	Enter House District Numbers.
  House Districts	Enter the number of your first house district.   Press [Tab] to move to the next box and enter the next house number. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all districts are entered. Up to 39 district numbers may be entered (5.0).
  	To save the changes made click Save.   Caution: If you forget to click Save, you may lose your changes.
  	To close out of this routine when maintenance is complete, click this button.
