District Codes

Use District Code Maintenance to maintain the number of voting districts and their respective district numbers.  Each voter is assigned to a voting district.  Wards or precincts are considered voting districts.

Directions

• From the Menu Bar click File Maintenance, and next click District Codes.
  Keyboard Shortcut:  [ALT] [m] [d]

• For directions to enter District Codes, click more.

  Note:   After making file maintenance changes, please close out of Voter Registration and re-enter for the changes to take effect.

  District Codes Entries
  Title	Enter DISTR #S.
  Description	Enter District Numbers as the description.
  Districts	Enter the number assigned to each voting district within your town or city.  Up to 99 districts may be entered (2.0).
  	Click this button to save the changes made.   Caution:  If you forget to click Save, you may lose your changes.
  	To close out of this routine when maintenance is complete, click this button.
