Set Tax Accounts from Tax Masters

Use the special Set Tax Accounts from Tax Masters utility to change blank Tax Account Numbers in the Real Estate Master file so that they match the Tax Master file and to identify any Owner Name 1 values in the Tax Master file that do not match the Real Estate Master file.

Notes:

• The report is also run during Set Property ID's from Real Estate Masters.

Directions:

• To see instructions for opening the Set Tax Accounts from Tax Masters utility, click More.

   

  1. Click Utilities from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Real Estate Account Numbers.

  3. Click Set Tax Accounts from Tax Masters.

   

• At the Set Tax Accounts from Tax Masters prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the prompt options, click More.

  Printer	Displays the default printer number.  For more information, see Printing Options.
  	To run the utility and print the report, click Process or press [ENTER] if the button is in focus. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + c]

• To see the report sample, click More.

  Selection Parameters for this Report Sample:

  None required.

• To see descriptions of the report fields, click More.

  Set Tax Accounts from Tax Masters Report Fields Note:  This report prints Real Estate property and Tax Account information for Tax Accounts whose Owner Name 1 does not match the Real Estate Master File.  It does not print Tax Accounts whose Property ID is mismatched with the Real Estate Master file.
  Property ID	Property ID from the Real Estate Master file.
  Real Estate Owner Name	Current Owner's Name from the Real Estate Master file.
  Tax Account	Tax Account Number from the Tax Master file.
  Tax Master owner Name	Owner Name 1 from the Tax Master file.
